The device provides the precise position of the attached equipment at any instant during hydraulic cylinder operation. This allows an accurate control  - from distance  - of large and heavy equipment, in a reliable manner.     

The device has already been used in the Three Gorges Project and in the South-to-North Water Transfer Project (central line) in China.
