OTEC ENGINEERING has signed a consultancy service contract with SINOHYDRO on the December 10, 2021, for the Engineering design, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of the Kinguélé Aval Hydropower project in Gabon. This is the second hydropower project in Gabon for OTEC Engineering.
