Following a limited call for tender, OTEC ENGINEERING has signed a consultancy service contract with STECOL (PowerChina Group) on the November 30, 2020, for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of the Nyabarongo II Multipurpose Development project in Rwanda.
This is a new hydroelectric project in South-Eastern Africa for OTEC Engineering.
